Over the course of three years, my husband and his friend poured their passion into designing both the interior and outdoor spaces, ensuring that we, our families, friends, and guests have a welcoming and unforgettable place to gather, unwind, and create lasting memories.

🛏Our comfortable and fully renovated house presents a warm and inviting living room with half bathroom, fully stocked kitchen to prepare delicious meals and dining area with a small bar top to share stories over drinks

– Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with immediate access to two full bathrooms. On the top attic floor, a stunning fourth bedroom awaits, adjacent to a small entertainment room

🏡 Outdoor space has everything for relaxation and entertainment:
– A Wooden deck is overlooking woods where you can dine at the large table and use a built-in hot tub which can comfortably fit five people to soak under the open sky, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Note: during the summer months, a sunshade canvas canopy may be installed over the deck, providing a cool and comfortable retreat from the hot sun.
– Lawn & Lounge area – step off the deck onto the lush green lawn, ideal for outdoor games and activities or for comfortable sun loungers.
– A Fireplace where you can gather for unwinding in the fresh air, evenings of storytelling, stargazing, and roasting marshmallows under the night sky.
– Covered BBQ & Outdoor Kitchen – adjacent to the fireplace, a covered BBQ area provides the perfect setup for grilling and outdoor cooking, rain or shine

🚗 Spacious Parking for Your Convenience – The property features a large parking lot, providing ample space for multiple vehicles, including SUVs, trailers, or boats. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or extra gear for outdoor adventures, you’ll have plenty of room to park with ease.

🌲 Though located near a state route with neighbors on one side, the outdoor area offers complete privacy and quietness. The home faces 100 acres of serene private woods, ensuring a peaceful and secluded escape where you can truly unwind and connect with nature while being just minutes from hiking trails, fishing spots, skiing, swimming, and tubing on the Farmington River.

The garage and basement will likely be locked and unavailable for use during your stay

🐶 No cats please! Note that while we allow 1 to 2 dogs, they must be added to the booking for an additional pet fee.
